No Refunds for Change of Mind

We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for change of mind. Please review all product details carefully before placing your order.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. If your claim is approved, we will provide a replacement or appropriate solution.

  • Your full name and order number

  • Clear photos of the item

  • A brief description of the issue

Our team will respond within 2–3 business days.

Lost or Missing Packages

If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us at jamalsflags@outlook.com and we will help investigate the issue with the carrier.

Return Eligibility
